Ordering

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you are not required to open an account to shop with us.  You can make purchases and check out as a guest each time.  However, by creating an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and then create your account when you arrive at the checkout page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Sign-In” then click below where it states “New Customer? Sign up”

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart to check out. Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

Why am I having issues adding items to my shopping cart?

If you are experiencing issues with adding items to your shopping cart, the item you have selected may have become unavailable.

When will I receive confirmation that my order was successful?

Once you place your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.

When will I receive confirmation that my order is on its way to me?

Once your order has been packaged and processed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking details.

 

Shipping

How do I know if my package was shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.  Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

 

Billing Issues

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email.
