Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. During U.S. holidays and sales & promotions, order processing will take longer due to high volume. Please expect an additional 1-2 business days at most for processing and shipments.
Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email and/or phone number the order was placed under or the one given at checkout.
Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that the carrier has been notified of the assigned tracking number on your package (mailing label).
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from the date of purchase except for pre-ordered items.
Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via the carrier method you select during checkout. As soon as your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order, complete with your tracking details.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow at least one business day for your order to be updated with the shipping carrier. Also, allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery once shipped.
International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail or DHL. Please note the cost is determined by the weight of the package, the shipping method, and the destination. Our website shows you the shipping cost before asking you for payment information. You will have the option to select the preferred carrier during the checkout process.
Duties and Taxes
On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties and taxes.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Please note 1 Hot Diva cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the U.S. Postal Service.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Please provide an accurate and complete mailing address for your shipment, which includes any apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package.
Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you would like to cancel your order in this event, we will only refund you the merchandise price in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost will not be recoverable. If free shipping was used, the shipping costs will be deducted from your order total. We reserve the right to cancel and refund payment for any order at any time.
