Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it may not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by insured mail within 10 days for a store credit refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. There are no exceptions. 

All products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that your parcel is securely packed and insured. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that a returns shipping charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used. We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and 1 Hot Diva cannot be held responsible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our team will review the situation and work to correct any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, and handbags
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Lifestyle/Pamper Me products
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Items with built-in undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount of your return less any shipping charges if we send you a label. You can expect to received your refund in the form of a store credit within 1-2 business days after we process your return.

Return Policy: Pamper Me Products

We inspect all orders prior to shipment. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used candles; however, we will provide a replacement, provided you can provide documentation of damage within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Return Policy: Facebook and Instagram Orders

For all orders placed on Facebook or Instagram that requires a return, please note that an estimated return label cost of $9.25 will be deducted from your store credit.

How Do I Return My Item? 

To start your return, head to our return portal (you’ll need your order number handy). Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time. Once you’ve submitted your return request, a member of our team will review and get back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not place tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. If we supply you with a return shipping label, a returns shipping charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.

You have 10 days from the date your order ships to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a 1 Hot Diva gift card.
